What goes on in a typical day?
The hours of the Master Performing Optimal Artist Summer Intensive are approximately 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm each day.
The material covered will be all the material described in the Master Performing Curriculum; that is, the modules including The Physiology of Fight/Flight, The Artist As An Athlete, etc. That full curriculum is approximately 19 hours; thus it will take more than half of each day.
The remaining almost-half of the schedule will include mindful practice sessions, individual tailoring of material for participants, and mock auditions for each other. This would not be required if a participant is too uncomfortable/shy/nervous; however, usually the workshop participants become very friendly and comfortable with each other and therefore are happy to play mock auditions; but of course this is optional.
